🛡️ Warranty & Guarantee Policy

We stand behind the quality of XOD Brakes. Below are the details of our official warranty policy.

✅ Warranty Coverage

✔️ 12-Month Guarantee: Main hydraulic brake components are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
✔️ DOA Protection: Consumables are generally not covered, except in cases of "Damage on Arrival" (DOA) upon receiving the package.

❌ Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

This warranty will be voided if the brake components have been damaged by any of the following:

Improper use, crashes, or accidental damage.
Using the brake with third-party parts (especially brake pads, rotors, or hoses).
Changing the surface of the brake (e.g., painting).
Any attempt to partially or completely disassemble the brake master, caliper, or cylinder.
Unauthorized brake adaptations or modifications.
Improper maintenance or servicing.
Transport damage and/or loss after initial delivery.
Incorrect tightening torque during installation.

⚠️ Important Note on Brake Hoses:
Brake hoses are explicitly excluded from the warranty. While they are tested components, the individual installation process (such as necessary shortening and routing) is subject to various external factors. XOD has no control over these installation procedures.

📝 How to Make a Claim

🧾 Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order screenshot is strictly required for all claims.
💰 Costs: Shipping fees and installation/labor costs are non-refundable.(Returns/Refunds Not Due to Our Fault)
🛒 Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased XOD products from another website or dealer, please submit your claim directly to them.
