We value your shopping experience and are committed to making our return and refund process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or cancellation.
1️⃣ Order Modification & Cancellation (Before Shipping)
- 🕒 How to Apply: Contact us at service@xodbrakes.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- ⚙️ Processing Time: Our support team will confirm your request within 1–2 business days.
- 💳 Refund Method: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- ⚠️ Important: Once a package has been dispatched, the order CANNOT be modified or cancelled.
2️⃣ Return Eligibility (After Shipping)
Products purchased on xodbrakes.com are eligible for return under the following conditions:
2.1 Quality Defects (Within 7 Natural Days)
- Eligibility: Defect reported within 7 natural days of delivery.
- How to Apply: Email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect. We will reply within 2 business days.
- Instructions: Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. A return shipping label will be provided upon approval.
- Cost: XOD bears ALL return shipping costs.
2.2 Wrong Item Received
- Eligibility: Must contact us within 3 natural days of delivery.
- Cost: XOD bears the return shipping costs.
2.3 Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
Returns for non-quality reasons are generally NOT accepted. If you insist on a return:
- The product must be unopened and in its original state.
- Request must be submitted within 3 natural days of delivery.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee (approx. €20 to €50).
- You must contact customer service before returning the item.
2.4 Used & Damaged Products
- Products that have been used and damaged by the user are strictly non-returnable. Only repair services are available.
2.5 Opened or Lightly Used (But Undamaged)
- A 50% restocking fee (based on the original price) will be applied.
- Round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (if you ship it back yourself, only the original shipping cost is deducted).
2.6 Logistics Issues
- Carrier Fault: XOD will resend the item or issue a refund at our expense.
- Wrong Address Provided by Customer: Customer must pay the reshipping fee.
- Package Rejected by Customer: Original shipping and return shipping fees (€20–€50) will be deducted from the refund.
2.7 Wrong Accessory Ordered
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting the original shipping cost.
📦 3. The Return Process
- Submit Request: Email service@xodbrakes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: We will verify eligibility within 2 business days and provide return guidelines and the address.
- Ship the Item: Send the product within 3 natural days of approval. Use the original packaging and include all accessories.
- Provide Tracking: Email us the tracking number, a copy of the shipping label, and carrier info.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the item/serial number, you will be notified within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3–5 business days.
