Shipping protection services are supported by our logistics protection partner SEEL.
What Does Shipping Protection Cover?
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost during transportation, you may qualify for compensation or replacement assistance.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team and provide clear photos of the packaging and products.
Delivery Issues
If tracking information shows "Delivered" but the package was not received, our team and SEEL will help investigate the issue.
How To File A Claim
- Locate your order number and shipping confirmation email.
- Contact SEEL or XOD Brakes customer support.
- Provide photos or relevant supporting documents if requested.
- Claims will be reviewed based on eligibility and shipping records.
Coverage Limitations
- Orders without shipping protection are not covered.
- Claims with incomplete or inaccurate information may be denied.
- Shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or force majeure events are not considered lost packages.
- Packages shipped to incorrectly entered customer addresses are not eligible for coverage.
