✅ Warranty Coverage
- ✔️ 12-Month Extended Guarantee: Main hydraulic brake components (calipers, master cylinders) are covered for 1 full year from your purchase date.
- ✔️ DOA Complete Protection: All consumables and brake accessories are fully protected against "Damage on Arrival" (DOA) upon initial package receipt.

❌ Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
This safety warranty will be voided if the brake components are compromised or damaged by any of the following conditions:
- ❌ Crashes, vehicle accidents, physical impacts, or reckless riding behavior.
- ❌ Mixing or using the system with unapproved third-party pads, rotors, or mineral oils.
- ❌ Surface cosmetics alterations, private spray paintings, or chemical damages.
- ❌ Any uncertified attempt to split or disassemble the sealed master pumps or brake calipers.
- ❌ Unauthorized vehicle adaptations, private refittings, or custom technical modifications.
- ❌ Neglecting routine fluid checking or conducting faulty oil bleeding processes.
- ❌ Courier handling losses or theft occurring after documented successful doorstep delivery.
- ❌ Applying incorrect torque tension specs during individual DIY installations.
⚠️ Important Note on Hydraulic Brake Hoses:
Brake hoses are covered under our strict DOA protection for structural manufacturing faults. However, leaks, bursts, or friction tears caused by custom length shortening, routing mistakes, or improper DIY installation handling are explicitly excluded from the extended 12-month warranty.
📝 How to Make a Valid Claim
- 🧾 Order Proof: A clear store order number, official invoice, or website checkout screenshot is strictly required.
- 💰 Fee Responsibility: Except for verified manufacturing defects, initial shipping overheads and local mechanic installation labor fees are non-refundable.
- 🛒 Dealer Verification: If you bought the components from external third-party marketplaces or local bike shops, please submit claims directly to them.
